We Don't Just Plan Trips. We Experience Them First.
Most travel companies start with a package. We start with a place.
Before we ask you to travel somewhere, we want to know what it actually feels like to be there. The neighbourhood worth waking up in. The hotel room worth paying more for. The road that deserves to be taken slowly. The restaurant that does not need a tourist sign outside. The experience that looks ordinary on an itinerary but becomes the story you keep telling years later.
That is the Exciting Tales way.
We invest in travel ourselves before we invest your time and money into a destination. We explore, stay, taste, observe, question, discover and come back with a point of view. Then we take everything we have learned and design a journey around you.
So when you search for international tour packages, India tour packages, customised holiday packages or a luxury travel experience, you are not simply choosing a list of hotels, transfers and sightseeing points. You are choosing a trip that has been thought through by people who understand how that destination should be experienced.
India does not need another checklist of places to visit. It needs to be experienced. A slow morning in the Himalayas can mean more than five attractions in one day. A Rajasthan journey can be about heritage, food, silence and stories, not just forts. Kerala can be more than a houseboat. Kashmir can be more than a photograph. And a trip to the Northeast can be about discovering a rhythm of life rather than simply collecting viewpoints.
Our India holiday packagesare designed with this mindset. Whether it is a romantic Kashmir honeymoon, a family holiday in Kerala, a Rajasthan luxury escape, a Ladakh adventure, a Northeast exploration or a carefully paced weekend getaway, we design the experience first and the itinerary second.
The World, Experienced Before It Is Recommended
Japan • Switzerland • France • Italy • Greece • Turkey • United Kingdom • Europe • Bali • Thailand • Singapore • Vietnam • Dubai • Australia • New Zealand • South Africa • Mauritius • Maldives • Sri Lanka • Malaysia • Bhutan • Nepal • Antarctica
We are interested in more than what appears on a destination's top-ten list. In Japan, it can be the contrast between Tokyo's energy and Kyoto's quiet corners. In Switzerland, it can be choosing the right route rather than simply ticking off another mountain town. In Europe, it can mean building a journey that allows you to actually live a little, instead of changing hotels every night.
That is why our international holiday packages from India are not built around the idea of covering maximum places in minimum time. We create journeys with a rhythm. Time to explore. Time to pause. Time to discover. Time to have the kind of experience that cannot be reduced to a sightseeing list.
Whatever You Are Searching For, We Start With Why You Are Travelling
Honeymoon packages for couples who want their first journey together to feel personal, not predictable.
Family holiday packages where grandparents, parents and children can enjoy the same journey differently.
Luxury holidays where luxury means thoughtful details, extraordinary stays and experiences worth remembering, not simply an expensive hotel.
Friends group tours designed around shared experiences rather than a rushed list of attractions.
Adventure holidays for travellers who want to get closer to a destination, not just photograph it.
Cruise holidays where the journey itself becomes part of the destination.
Private and customised trips for travellers who would rather have their own pace, their own choices and a journey designed around them.
We also assist with flights, hotels, visa guidance, airport transfers, travel insurance, sightseeing and on-ground travel arrangements, because thoughtful travel design is only useful when the details behind it work just as well.

Frequently Asked Questions About Exciting Tales
What makes Exciting Tales different from other travel companies?
We believe travel should be experienced before it is sold. Our team invests time in discovering destinations, understanding stays, routes, experiences, food, culture and local nuances before using that knowledge to design trips for our travellers. We are not simply matching you with a pre-built package. We are designing how you experience a destination.
Does Exciting Tales sell ready-made tour packages?
We can offer destination-based packages, but our approach goes beyond standard itineraries. Whenever possible, we customise the journey around your travel dates, interests, pace, budget, preferred stays and the kind of memories you want to create.
Why does Exciting Tales experience destinations before designing trips?
Because a destination can look completely different on a screen and in real life. First-hand travel helps us understand what is genuinely worth experiencing, which stays make sense, how much time a place deserves, what can be skipped and where the memorable moments are. That insight helps us design better journeys.
Is Exciting Tales a travel agency in Kolkata?
Exciting Tales has its roots in Kolkata, West Bengal, and serves travellers across India and international destinations. We help travellers looking for customised holidays, India tour packages, international tour packages, honeymoon trips, family vacations, luxury holidays and group journeys.

Can I get a honeymoon package designed specifically for us?
Absolutely. We can build a honeymoon around your preferred mood, whether that means romance, privacy, adventure, luxury, slow travel, beaches, mountains, food or a combination of experiences. The goal is to create a honeymoon that feels like your trip, not a generic couple package.

Can you plan a trip for a group of friends?
Yes. We design group trips around the interests and energy of the group, whether you want adventure, nightlife, food, road trips, luxury stays, cultural experiences or a relaxed holiday. The itinerary can be structured to leave room for spontaneous experiences as well.

Can Exciting Tales arrange flights, hotels and transfers?
Yes. Depending on your itinerary, we can assist with flights, accommodation, airport transfers, sightseeing, activities, visa support, travel insurance and other essential arrangements, bringing the different parts of your journey together under one thoughtfully designed plan.
How do I get a customised travel itinerary from Exciting Tales?
Tell us where you want to go, when you want to travel, who you are travelling with, what you enjoy and approximately what you want to spend. We use that information to understand the kind of journey you are looking for and then build an itinerary around your travel story.
Is Exciting Tales a travel agency or a travel experience company?
We handle the practical side of travel like a travel company, but our thinking starts much earlier. We look at travel as experience design. We research and experience destinations, develop a point of view and then use it to create personalised journeys for our travellers.
Your Trip Should Feel Like Yours.
You can find a hotel online. You can find a flight in seconds. You can search for things to do in any destination.
What is harder to find is someone who has already been there, paid attention, discovered the difference between what is popular and what is actually worth your time, and then used that knowledge to design a journey around you.
That is what Exciting Tales does.
We travel first. We discover first. We invest first. Then we design your tale.
